Some Reasons Why People are Overweight

Why are people so overweight these days and why do they have such a difficult time taking and keeping the weight off?

Hi, my name is Tony and I struggled with my weight for years until I figured out the reason why I was so heavy.
This is me before I changed my eating habits, at 215 pounds...

The answer to my question is very simple - society makes people overweight and I was no exception. Think about society today, everyone is working, busy, tired, always and forever on the go. Because of this people fall into bad eating habits. Eating fast food and at irregular times of the day is what most people fall victim to in today’s world.
Let me start basic.  Obviously everyone knows that fast food is generally bad for you and the reason why is because the fast food industry loads their food with unnecessary amounts of fat to make it taste better and make the production of it more convenient. Because of the fat in these foods and the sedentary lifestyle of most people, we end up taking in more calories than we burn, thus creating weight gain.
In short, the answer to my question is because an easy and quick fix for food almost always seems necessary to complete your daily goals. But I’m here to tell you that it is not.
I don’t want this to sound like I am blaming the fast food industry for obesity, because I am not, I am just giving an example that most people deal with in everyday life. The truth is that weight gain also comes from hundreds of other sources, which I will talk about at length in other posts.

I will be putting out an article that deals with nutrition, dieting, weight management, and all the information you could ever want on how to lose weight and keep it off. I can teach you alot about what you will need to know about how to live a healthy lifestyle, feel better, look better, and be more happy. So please, if you are serious about losing weight and being healthy read my post every week.  I promise you will never feel like you're on a diet or depriving yourself of anything. Instead of jumping on the newest diet craze, let me teach you. Let someone who has lost 85 pounds of fat in 6 months and knows all the hardships and challenges give you the life and body you deserve, and be happy while doing it.
This is me now at 135 pounds....

Stay tuned.....
