Welcome to My Blog
Hello everyone, my name is Tony Scornavacco and this blog is dedicated to helping anyone who has any questions about nutrition or fitness, and anyone who has ever struggled with their weight. Through personal experience and research I know a great deal about both these subjects and have used them myself to lose 85 pounds in under 9 months. Please read the post entitled MY STORY to learn about what I have gone through and how I progressed through my weight loss. To see pictures of my progression please refer to this link which will direct to a video on Youtube.
Please remember that I am not an expert and am not certified in any way to direct a diet plan for someone. I can only give my advice on what has worked for me and what I have seen work for the people I have consulted with.

Hello Tony!
ReplyDeleteI comment in this "old" post because I want to read everything you have posted since the very beggining. I have watched some of your videos and I feel very inspired by your history.
I want to congratulate you for being so strong and perseverant and I want to thank you too for taking the time to help the others. As me.

Thank you for coming by. Please come back and let us know how you're doing and if there is anything in particular you'd like to learn about concerning diet or nutrition.
ReplyDeleteHi,I have been overweight for as long as i can remember and have been made fun of because of my weight. As a result,I don't have self-esteem or confidence, which I desperatley want back. Last year I managed to lose 20 pounds, but I feel like I am slipping back into my old ways and am finding it hard to get back on track. I would be so greatful if you could help. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Morgan:
DeleteI'm not a licensed nutritionist yet, so I can't give anyone advice on what to do. Please consult your doctor for his professional opinion on a diet/nutrition program that will work for you.
My blog is a journal of my experiences and what has worked for me. I list general guidelines and suggestions only. I am NOT a professional. But feel free to look around and find some info that may help you. A lot of people write in with tips and suggestions. A lot of people are doing the Monday weigh ins and it's helping to keep them on track, Good luck.
I’m surely coming again to read these articles and blogs
