I really appreciate you nutritional tips tony. It’s so helpful to have a guideline. I started doing this about a month or so ago, and i lost 10lbs in the first week and a half. But then I got busy and started eating more "convenient" food like what my family buys since I didn't have time to shop myself. And they don't eat as healthy as I've been trying to. I pretty much gained it back which really sucks. I'm back on the diet and I come to ur blog everyday now. It helps keeps me motivated. Thanks again Tony. BTW I would have rather emailed you instead of comment but I can’t find that option anywhere.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you did a recap. I think this was a great way to introduce healthy options. When I lost weight 2 years ago, I ate a lot of cole slaw. I used raw cabbage and carrot blend, and made a sauce for it out of mayo, lemon juice and Stevia. When you make the sauce it stretches the mayo...thins it. I still try to eat this pretty often. Thanks!
