Eating the Right Foods at the Right Time


Knowing what to eat and when to eat it is a difficult thing to determine.  Your body requires different types of fuel depending on what you're doing.  What you eat after a tough workout session is totally different from what you'll need to eat while sitting through a meeting at work.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are going to start to come in season.  What are you eating?  Right now I'm still eating apples everyday, as well as fresh oranges and watermelon.

Spring is here and the snow is melting.  Who is getting outside and starting their walking, hiking or running routines?
