How to Choose Healthy on Vacation
Spring break, weekend trips, camping, summer vacation - we look forward to any of these breaks in our normal routine. I was recently asked how to make healthy choices while on vacation. Unfortunately, many people gain several pounds while away, but do you know what? It's possible to have a good time and still make healthy choices.
With a little bit of effort you can still work out to a certain degree, make good food choices for most of your meals, and choose nutritious snacks. I went to one of my favorite websites - Livestrong and found a great article for you to read here.
